Bursting out of seams


Color bleeds beyond solstice


Decides to linger for a while


Now trickles
slowly


While we dance within its hinges

Drops of Breath

capturing drops of breath
inhaling deeply
waiting for one to pop
sweep me away
into your comfort and whimsy
